Rose City Park Basement
This basement remodel was the first phase in a larger remodel project. All of the additional structure and earthquake hold-down hardware for a future second floor remodel were added to the basement prior to its finish. The finished basement then served as the main living area during an extensive second floor remodel (see Rose City Park 2nd Floor Remodel).
